Tips for Designing Bonsai Trees

By Francesca Black Bonsai are shaped by trimming the branches or by wiring them into new positions. You are dealing with living things, and you must be respectful of that. You will kill trees. This is a sad fact of the activity, especially as you start out. Commit yourself to understanding why every tree dies and what can be done to prevent it. Learn from your mistakes and do your best to prevent them in the future. Every tree is different. Learn to care for a few different types of plants, and grow your collection from there. How to Begin the Art of Bonsai Remove the tree from the plastic pot by turning the pot upside down, tapping the bottom, and letting the tree slide out into your hand. The soil should not be too dry, so that the root ball remains intact. Gently scrape away the topsoil around the base of the tree, to expose the lower trunk (about one quarter to one half inch). Try not to break too many surface roots. First thing is to look at the roots of the tree and check to see if it gives the appearance of a strong foundation. Cut off the bottom third of the soil and roots, and flatten out the remaining root mass. Prepare the bonsai pot by placing a piece of screen over each drainage hole, and pour a layer of potting soil into the bottom of the pot. Place the tree in the pot, pour in the remaining soil, and pack it firmly. Finally, submerge the bonsai, pot and all, in water, up to the base of the trunk, and let it sit in the water for a few minutes. Interesting Bonsai Visual Effects In bonsai, the rule of thirds states that the first (lowest and biggest) branch should be at about one third of the total height of the tree. It is the trunk that gives the tree its visual strength, and every effort should be made to have at least the bottom two-thirds of the height clear of branches at the front of the tree. Next is checking the trunk. The shape of the trunk will basically determine the style you choose. In almost all cases, however, a thick base, which tapers gradually and gently to a thin apex, will make for a nice tree. Which style you prefer will depend on the movement of the trunk. Look at the branching pattern. The lower branches should be thick while the upper ones should be thin. The branches should be laid out like the spokes of a wheel with some going to the back. This will give the tree depth when you look at it. No two branches should leave the trunk at the same level. The handlebar effect is unnatural looking and, if left, will cause the trunk to swell at their level causing an ugly bulge in the trunk line. If your tree has such a fault you should, if a deciduous tree, remove one of the branches entirely. Try to avoid having branches spaced evenly down the trunk. Reduce the distance between the branches as you go toward the top of the tree. Finally examine the plant to see if it is healthy. Be sure not to wire so tightly that you cut into the bark, or so loosely that you do not have support. Minor wire marks can sometimes add interest and show that the tree has been trained, giving branches character after several years. However, major wire marks are very ugly. To hide any marks that look unnatural you can strategically place foliage at intervals in front of the trunk, so that the trunk line is not completely visible. It may be ten years (or longer) before your plant will actually be a bonsai. Don’t be discouraged by this, but think of it as part of the experience. Perhaps most importantly, understand that when you put a tree in a pot you are committing yourself to the care of that tree. You cannot simply ignore it or it will die. Bonsai is a responsibility as well as a hobby. If you practice it with care and patience, the rewards are tremendous. How Do I Know If I Have Bipolar Disorder And What Should I Do About It?

By Kitty Barker What is Bipolar disorder? Bipolar disorder is a mental illness that manifests itself in a person through ups and downs in moods and energy levels. Many a time, it is confused with depression and sporadic mood swings. However, it must be understood that bipolar disorder is not a state of mind. It is a brain disorder - a mental illness which is long term. Till now, no permanent cure has been found for the same. What is it all about thenread on! Bipolar disorder causes the victims to swing between two entirely different moods. Sometimes, they might be extremely euphoric and excited. Other times, they will be melancholy and dejected. As the word bipolar rightly indicates, there are two parts - mania and depression. Apart from mood swings, other symptoms include going on a spending spree, reduced need for sleep, increased feeling of sensuality and sexual drive, easy irritability, abysmal faith in oneself and so on. The disorder is fairly entrenched if there is an urge to commit suicide or lack of willingness to live. If you have any friends/relatives who keep talking about their lack of desire to live, then its time to rush them to a doctor. How does bipolar disorder occur? How does bipolar disorder occur? A lot of it has got to do with genes. Genetically, bipolar disorder gets transferred to the next generation. However, research also shows that it is not merely genetic. For, if one of the identical twins has the disorder, the other necessarily doesnt. Thus, it is a combination of genes plus other factors. Unfortunately, there are no medical tests that can detect bipolar disorders. No scan or blood test can help. The disorder can be diagnosed only through an understanding of the symptoms, family medical history, environment and so on. The disorder can occur among children, adolescents, and the old. Among children, there is a chance that diagnosis is slightly more difficult because it may be confused with other typical behavior of children like hyperactivity due to lack of attention, consistent disobedience, irritability and so on. Can bipolar disorder be treated? Yes, it sure can. It is seen that those patients who obtain treatment achieve stabilization in their mood swings. They realize that they have a mental illness but cope with it well and lead normal lives. Treatment is done in two ways medication and psychosocial therapies. In the case of medication as a treatment, mood stabilizers (medicines with the ability to stabilize mood) are administered for a period of time. The frequency and duration of medicines would vary from person to person. The top most used medicine in this category is Lithium. It is safe to use Lithium even among children and adolescents. The second type of treatment is the psychosocial therapy. Here, the patient is generally spoken to and counseling is done. While a physician would be able to prescribe the necessary medication, it would be advisable to take the help of a psychiatrist from the beginning of the treatment. Before going in for any treatment, there needs to be complete discussion among the patient, his/her family and the physician/psychiatrist. For example, if a pregnant woman suffering from bipolar disorder takes mood stabilizing medicines, it might affect the to-be-born. Some of the side-effects may include weight gain, hair loss, lack of sexual drive and so on. When such adverse side effects can be seen, the patient needs to approach the physician and with the psychiatrists advice, change the dosage and course of medication. Other than medication and psycho social therapy, a third form of treatment can also be used for those with chronic disorder. This is called the Electroconvulsive therapy which can be used when medication or the psychosocial therapy do not work. It could also be used when the disorder is more severe leading to suicidal tendencies. Conclusion There is nothing to fear if you are affected with the disorder. All you need is speaking to the physician next door, taking your psychiatrist into confidence. Follow the prescribed medication and treatment; you will notice a world of a difference. If you are a person living with someone with a bipolar disorder, do not panic. Seek appropriate medical help and persevere. You will be the one they will derive strength from. Be sure that you provide continued support even after the treatment is over. Author: Kitty Barker - Kitty often writes for and with Depression-Assistance. Turbulence Training-A New Twist On An Old Idea

By Brad Howard Unless you’ve been living under a rock, you’ve probably witnessed Craig Ballantyne’s Turbulence Training taking the Internet by storm. Of course, newspapers and magazines are also propagating the madness. However, one question needs to be addresses: Is Turbulence Training just a rehash of old material? Turbulence Training Basics According to Turbulence Training, certain exercises are deemed “a waste of time”. This program is designed to be quick and efficient with no wasted motion. Now, for most people, this is a great thing because of the sheer lack of time allocated for exercises. Basically, we are looking to ramp up the metabolism using a phenomenon called Excess Post-Exercise Oxygen Consumption (EPOC). We all know that oxygen use is a direct correlation to calorie burn. So what’s the answer? 1. Exercising using compound movements only. Forget about your tricep kickbacks and your curls. Stick to exercises like bench press and rows. 2. No slow, boring cardio. Interval training is in. Slow cardio can (and will) actually take your hard earned muscle and turn it into energy. Your body tends to become more efficient. 3. No more 1.5 hour workouts. Train like a sprinter. Now, these aren’t the only principles of Turbulence Training… there are more. And, Craig Ballantyne isn’t the only person talking this way either. In actuality, more and more elite trainers are ditching the “old school” ways of cardiovascular exercise and switching over to interval training and full body workouts to faciliate the fat burning process. What you do is totally up to you. However, I do know that the definition of insanity is continuing to do the same things but expecting difference results. Make sure to give Turbulence Training a try if your workouts are leaving you with less than expected results. Brad Howard has reviewed Craig Ballantyne’s Turbulence Training and has a few secrets to tell you that most people will never know about the program. Every Profile Covered With Unsecured Loan UK

By [http://ezinearticles.com/?expert=Andrew_Baker]Andrew Baker When it comes to loan, the one loan that I would be searching for before any other is the unsecured loan. The reason being, with my profile it would be difficult for me to get any other loan so the one viable option left for me is that of an unsecured loan. And the same would be the case for a big chunk of the UK population. This is due to the relative ease with which the unsecured loans are available to all the potential borrowers. As many of us know that the unsecured loans are loans, which are offered to the people who either do not want to offer a security to the creditor or, do not have any security to offer to the creditors. This includes people who are tenants or working class people. The benefits of the unsecured loans are another factor which makes the loans a sought after loan by a high percentage of the UK population. Here is a list of benefits that the borrowers can expect by taking the unsecured loans: Unsecured loans carry low interest rates, though they may be a little higher than the secured loans; now they have become more borrower friendly these days. Low interest rates allow the borrowers to get loans and pay low monthly installments. Usually the unsecured loan is for amount of up to 25000 but in other circumstances it can go up to higher amounts. The loan can be taken for time period starting from 3 years and going up to a maximum of 25 years. The loan is available to people with all kind of profiles. This includes people with bad credit history. There can be other fringe benefits that the borrowers can also avail but that depends on the credit circumstances of the borrower and the prevailing conditions. The borrowers should not make the mistake of taking the loans for granted and then not make their repayments. This can lead to several penalties and result in a poor credit score. So, in spite of the lack of security the borrowers will be able to recover their money if the borrower fails to do the needful. Applying for a loan has now become easier than ever before, all the borrowers need to do is to go online and apply to a creditor dealing with similar loans and apply. The process will include filling up of forms relating to the personal and loan details. Once this is done, the loan decision will be made in a few working days. So, all the UK people who want the unsecured loans can apply very easily for the required loans. Andrew Baker has done his masters in finance from CPIT. The Mediterranean Diet Lose Weight Fast With the Real Med Diet

By Sacha Tarkovsky Although there are many countries surrounding the Mediterranean Sea, one country in particular has a diet that is known to maintain a healthy heart, keep the adherents trim and in good form, is anti-aging, and tastes great. This is the Grecian classic Mediterranean diet Sadly the modern Greeks have turned their backs on the traditional fare, and now eat a lot of junk food, restaurant meals, and a heavy reliance on saturated fats. The traditional Greek Mediterranean diet, found in the villages are no less than 60% fruit and vegetables, only 20% meats, 10% carbohydrates, and 10% fats. This means a diet rich in natural fiber, lots of vitamins and minerals, just the essential bread and other starches, and some daily dose of the magic Greek olive oil. Typical Diet Greek Mediterranean diet Breakfast. The Greek breakfast will always have fruit in season. If its the winter or spring there will be lots of citrus to choose from. Begin your breakfast with fresh fruit. You can choose from coffee or tea, but in the morning, the average Greek loves his coffee. This will be accompanied by some fresh bread (one sliceremember you are on a diet!), with some natural Greek honey. A traditional Greek cheese is also served, and this may be a Kasseri, or some local graveria. This whole break fast is less than 250 calories, and you will feel full and start your day off well. Morning Snack. If you are hungry before lunch (and you may be, as Greeks will have lunch at about 14:00 to 15:00 hours), eat some more fruit. A good choice will be the wonderful Greek apple, available most of the year. Also a good morning snack is melon (only eat food that is in season in your area). Caloric value less than 100. Lunch or the Greek Diner. The Greek kitchen is rich from a multitude of prepared meals. Try to select one that does not have meat and starch in the same mea. For example, you can eat spanakorizo (cooked spinach with rice), but no meat with it. Or, you can have a kokinosto (a Greek-type of goulash), but without potato. Have the meat with salads, other vegetables, or by itself. Follow with a dessert of fruit and cheese. No bread is allowed. The calories here will total no more than 500. The Greek Supper. Many Greeks will try to have whatever was eaten at lunch, for diner. However, apply the same rules, meat with vegetables is ok, or starch with vegetables is okjust do not mix your starches with protein. A good diner can be the legendary Greek paidakia (or lamb chops). Eat this with some boiled greens (the Greeks will eat horta or vela, two local herbs that seem to grow everywhere in the world) Have some sliced tomato, with some feta cheese (a typical Greek salad called the horyatika, salad of the villiger) and even some strong red wine. You will not have exceeded 600 calories here. Re-cap. Having eaten like a Greek, but having separated your starches from meat, you will have eaten only 1400 calories, and you will have begun to lose weight. You will not be hungry Tips. An old Roman saying is that if you lift up any rock, you will find a Greek under it. You cannot help but to find a local Greek grocery in your area. You can find all the Greek cheeses, and staples, especially their wonderful olive oil, and even fresh Greek bread. Speak to the owner of the shop and ask for a Greek cookbook, or you can be sure they will help you. The only prohibition with the Greek Mediterranean diet is do not mix your protein and carbohydrates. Meat and vegetables are fine. Pasta without meat sauce is fine. Try to keep your calories in the 1500 a day range and you will not only lose weight, you will find the Greek olive oil is like a medicine for your heart, and you whole system will clean up. So there you have it -Follow the Greek Mediterranean diet and you look and feel better and lose weight. Make Your Own Gift Basket

By Todd Em Gift baskets are great gift ideas. They offer a lot of flexibility and variety in a gift and don’t require an extraordinary amount of thought. But many people don’t realize how easy it is to make you own gift basket for someone. Here’s a list of what you’ll need to make it happen. Items that you’ll need: 1. A Basket or Some Other Container Using a basket is pretty self explanatory and if you do choose to use a basket there are a bunch of stores that will carry them (craft stores, department stores, etc). Also, consider other possible containers to make a more unique gift basket. Some good examples, a toolbox, sand pail, a clay pot or a fishing tackle box. Be creative. Depending on whom the basket is for you might be able to think of other containers that would work well. 2. The Gift Items For the basket’s gifts you can do whatever you want. If you’re making a themed basket then try to stick to the theme, if not then put whatever you want in the basket. Often times its a lot easier to assemble a bunch of little gifts for a present and a gift basket can bring them all together in one package. 3. Cellophane Wrap, Ribbon and Cardboard Shred The final thing you may need is some cardboard shred (available at craft stores) to fill in any holes between the gifts. Finally use some cellophane wrap and ribbon to package the basket in a professional and attractive manner. Just place the basket in the center of the cellophane and fold it to the top of the basket and then tie it with the ribbon. Above all be creative and enjoy the process of assembling the perfect gift basket for whomever it is that you’re making it for. Weight Loss Done Wrong!

By Jared Wash If you have tried continuously to lose weight and have failed, you must know that there are several simple but powerful factors that could have been holding you back. To start off I will mention a little basic knowledge here. Each pound of fat on our body has 3500 calories in it, so for each pound of fat you want to lose you must burn 3500 calories. That is burning an extra 500 calories a day for a week just to lose one pound of fat. It is recommend that losing 1-2 pounds of fat a week for weight loss but that mean you would have to burn an extra 1000 calories a day. This may sound like a lot but it can easily be achieved if you educated yourself, learn some weight loss tips, and stay away from these dead ends. One thing I notice a lot is when people seek no guide ness and usually decreasing their calorie intake dramatically in their diet. To them it makes sense that the more calories they limit the more fat they will lose. Wrong! If you decrease your calories too much it will cause your body in a starvation mode and force your body to store fat and burn muscle for energy. Not only that, your metabolism will plummet and one of your biggest sources in burning fat will be gone. Another mistake I see is people eliminating a food source like low-carb, low-protein or low-fat diets. Each one of these food sources are needed by the body and continuous weight loss with any of these diets is impossible. Diets are not the problem as a diet is any thing a person eat, but a conventional diet like the Atkins diet made to trick the body into losing weight may be successful at first but most likely people end up heavier and doing harm to their body. Weight loss without exercise. If you really want to lose 1-2 pounds a week without exercise good luck and prepare you for failure. Exercise not only burns fat, it also can act like a food depressant eliminating any disturbing food urges. Exercise speeds up your metabolism, increases your energy levels, adds muscle tone, decreases stress and strengthens your heart. Even though nutrition is 70 percent of weight loss, exercise is the factor that will make you or break you in losing weight. Straddling the fence. Not being fully committed to your plan and cheating, bending the rules or only giving 50 percent dedication on your goals. If youre not willing to give up a couple things or losing weight is just not that important to you and not a priority. First, I would ask yourself why you want to lose weight and if youre not serious about it be happy with yourself as you are because losing weight at half speed always ends up disappointing. Now Id like to begin my talk about the first factor, exercise, with a little hand raising exercise. Most of you already know that a reasonable amount of exercise, on a regular basis, is a healthy thing for us to do. This information should come as no surprise because the fact that exercise is good for us is commonly understood by most adults living in the United States today. However, not all of us are able to perform regular exercise. Our time and energies are constrained by the responsibilities in our lives. For example, have the responsibilities in your life ever STOPPED YOU from practicing exercise on a regular basis? This failure to exercise is completely understandable because many of us have perfectly good reasons why cant exercise. Two of the most common reasons that I have heard and experienced are: - I simply dont have enough time in the day to exercise, or - I have health challenges that prevent me from exercising. If you, or any of your friends, are using these reasons not to exercise, I am going to share with you, a piece of information that has allowed me and an exceptional few other people to exercise EVERY SINGLE DAY! Now Ive been running, biking, and lifting weights 2-6 times almost every week consistently for about 17 years, and I only discovered this strange technique just a few months ago, while listening to a lecture by the world class gymnast and author of Way of the Peaceful Warrior, Dan Millman. Dan said, the way all of us can exercise every single day is to wake up every morning, get out of bed, and do ONE jumping jack! Now, of course, it doesnt have to be a jumping jack. It can be anything! For example, I was just looking at Bank of Americas new health website, and they had an exercise on there that I believe about 95% of the people on this planet can do It was close your eyes really hard, and flex your lip and jaw muscles by pursing them together, like this (close eyes, purse lips and jaw) At first I thought, what good can such a small amount of exercise do anyone? But then I realized, that the most important GOOD it does, is that is creates a certain mind set, a certain habit, a time dedicated every single day to bettering ourselves with exercise. And as our time, and energy, and ability allow, we can increase that one jumping jack, to 2 jumping jacks, or 10, or 20. Again, it doesnt matter WHAT exercise you choose, just be sure to do it every single day, then INCREASE it when you can. Now because of this information, the next time someone asks you if you perform regular exercise, you can say, As a matter of fact! I exercise every single day! Now I would like to talk about the 2nd fitness factor Eating healthy foods and supplementing if necessary in diets. Now materialistically speaking You and I have been given the greatest gift in the world! We have been given a body with which our souls can use to consciously experience life! And if we are lucky enough to have a fully functioning brain. And if we lucky enough to be able to decide HOW we want to treat our brain and our body Why would we want to tarnish this incredible gift by feeding it full of foods that accelerate our bodys degradation? Foods that accelerate our mental decline. Well thats exactly what we do, when we eat foods with little or no nutritional value, and foods composed primarily of refined sugars. Our body is a very complex biological mechanism, and if we want to give it the nutrition it needs to function with absolute optimal performance, we need to seek the advice of experts. We need to talk to or read books written by appropriately trained physicians or nutritionists. Then we need to get a second option, and talk to another expert or read another book. Then get a 3rd opinion and continue to learn how feed our body, and how to care for it properly. Now, you dont have to wait until you talk to a physician or read a book to start eating healthy. You can simply use your COMMON SENSE to start eating healthy today!! Eat more vegetables, eat more nuts and whole grains, eat more fresh fruit, and if mixed with exercise, eat more meat, fish, and real cheese. Not processed cheese foods, like cheese-wiz, or American cheese in those little plastic wrappers, those are actually quite bad for you. Now if you decide to eat healthy, and exercise regularly, keep in mind that fitness can only be achieved if you add the final ingredient, the 3rd factor, persistence over time. And, if you persist, I promise you that, in time: You will be able to look in mirror and feel proud. You will be able look back at your accomplishment and dedication and feel proud. And with the additional clarity and focus you have gained from the additional oxygen and circulation that you have given to your brain, you will be able to strategically share this information to help your children, and to help your family, and to help your friends to feel just as proud as you will. This in one of the things that annoys me the most is hearing people say they have tried everything and they want to lose weight so bad but they do nothing or fail because they did it wrong. If you are serious about losing weight, make the commitment and do something. Quick weight loss is not difficult, if you educate yourself and stay away from all the fad diets that are advertised, you will too be able to experience a whole new world to nutrition, exercise and healthy living. Online Dating - Part 5- Avoid Lonliness Forever

By Patricia Little The introduction of online dating could bring some terrifying thoughts, but this is only because it breaks with a very long term tradition of meeting at one of the town’s noisy evening centers. It doesn’t take long to get to know who and what determines these. These days there’s often more chance of meeting with a suitable someone who owns a computer rather than goes out on Friday night to do the same thing over and over again with the same results. A current life situation could be closing you in, shutting out human contact and increasing a very lonely existence. Fear could be stopping the decision to give it a go. This may be a major decision but worth the effort and requirements. It will provide fun and interest far outweighing the depressing and growing problem of lonliness. As you’ve probably discovered not all plans and programs respond according to direction and expectation but the future years can hold more excitement and purpose with contact from a small collection of respectable citizens. Contact is confidential and no-one needs to know about the other. Contacts are organized through programs trying very hard to ensure valid information but in many cases characters of dubious nature can just as easily be made face to face at the coffee shop. What has been growing in popularity is the array of investigative programs available to everyone who may just want to check on uncertain information if the relationship is going to continue. Traditional Christian Wedding Vows

By Dennis Estrada The wedding vows are the words that you utter as a promise to your significant other. The vows may be traditional, or personalized. Traditional vows are vows that were used over and over. The vows were handed down from generations. Personalized Wedding Vows were made up vows by the Groom and Bride. Many couples feel deeply for each other and like to express their feelings. So, the couple opts to make their own wedding vows. Here are three traditional Roman Catholic Wedding Vows Groom: I (name), take you (name) to be my wife. I promise to be true to you in good times and in bad, in sickness and in health. I will love you and honor you all the days of my life. Bride: I (name), take you (name) to be my husband. I promise to be true to you in good times and in bad, in sickness and in health. I will love you and honor you all the days of my life. Groom: I (name), take you (name) for my lawful wife, to have and to hold, from this day forward, for better, for worse, for richer, for poorer, in sickness and in health, until death do us part. Bride: I (name), take you (name) for my lawful husband, to have and to hold, from this day forward, for better, for worse, for richer, for poorer, in sickness and in health, until death do us part. Groom: In the name of God, I (name) take you (name) to be my wife, to have and to hold from this day forward, for better, for worse, for richer, for poorer, in sickness and in health, to love and to cherish, until we are parted by death. This is my solemn vow. Bride: In the name of God, I (name) take you (name) to be my husband, to have and to hold from this day forward, for better, for worse, for richer, for poorer, in sickness and in health, to love and to cherish, until we are parted by death. Mobile Ringtones For Your Use And Pleasure

By [http://ezinearticles.com/?expert=Craig_Thornburrow]Craig Thornburrow The mobile market has been booming these past few years. All over the world, millions of people have embraced the mobile world into their life. Most of them are into it so much that they can not imagine going out of the house without their cell phones with them. Some people who are more traditional complain that the cell phone be defined as an addiction. People who are supposedly addicted to it become irritable or angry when they learn that they have lost or left behind their cell phone. Still, most of the people choose to define the cell phone as a new way of life. When cell phones were first introduced, people were skeptical. They couldn’t believe that such an accessory would later on be able to show video or play music or even record. They never thought cell phones would later compete with landline connections and eventually beat the competition. Moreover, cell phones have shown promising signs of overthrowing the computer soon. The latest models of cell phones are capable of browsing the Internet, opening and sending emails, engaging in chat rooms, and save gigabytes of computer data. The Personal Digital Assistant or PDA can do all these and much more. Users can enter and record schedules in a personal calendar, can save a note, and can have a digital secretary in just a press of a button. Present technologies from which these cell phones were based upon require expense. Current prices of computer and cell phone PDAs rival each other. Both can access the Internet and other necessary actions but still, the computers have a big advantage over the cell phone PDAs when it comes to cost. Internet services in cell phones are charged per hour and almost all web pages accessed are considered a download. All applications downloaded using a cell phone PDA also have a price. Every press of a button seems to have a corresponding charge. But that was years ago. Today, mobile ringtones, free downloads of games, wallpapers, themes and music are possible but only when a user will download from his service provider. Even with the free mobile ringtones and other stuff, there is a limit provided by the service provider. Usually, service providers offer free mobile ringtones and games per day. These free mobile ringtones and games will be available for a week or two weeks at a time. All other kinds of mobile ringtones and games can be acquired for a fee. The mobile subscribers who are not patient enough will usually be prepared to be charged when downloading mobile ringtones or games that are not advertised for free. In fact, most of the free mobile ringtones and games are the ones that are old issues. Craig Thornburrow is an acknowledged expert in his field.
